My Mom passed away kind of suddenly, last month. I had already started retrieving some of my childhood stuff from my parent’s house before she passed away, but after it happened, I found myself coming home with another car full of stuff to go through.
This time around, I didn’t retrieve anything quite as exciting as old video games or action figures (although there was an Air Jordon shoebox full of Ninja Turtles in the mix. It was mostly old mail, papers, trading cards, etc but there were definitely a few funny gems in the mix.
